- 1. How can I book an Umrah package with Tayyaba Tourism?
- You can easily book your Umrah package online through our official website or by visiting our office. Simply choose your preferred package (Ibtida, Sakinah, Rehmat, or Jannah), fill in the required details, and confirm your booking.
- 2. What documents are required for Umrah booking?
- To book your Umrah package, you need a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity), recent passport-size photographs, Aadhaar card, and vaccination certificates as per Saudi guidelines.
- 3. How much advance payment is required to confirm the booking?
- A minimum 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be cleared before visa processing or as per the package terms.
- 4. What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept payments through bank transfer, UPI, cheque, and cash at our office. Online payment options are also available for your convenience.
- 5. Is the advance payment refundable if I cancel my booking?
- Advance payment is partially refundable based on the cancellation policy. Refunds depend on the stage of visa processing and hotel booking. Please check our Cancellation Policy for detailed terms.
- 6. Can I change my Umrah package after booking?
- Yes, you can upgrade or change your package before visa processing. Additional charges will apply based on the new package selected.
- 7. When should I make the full payment for the package?
- Full payment must be completed before visa processing and ticket issuance to confirm your package.
- 8. Do you offer installment plans for Umrah packages?
- Currently, we offer flexible payment options where you can pay in two or three parts before your departure. Contact our team for detailed installment plans.
- 9. Are flight tickets included in the Umrah land package?
- No, flight tickets are not included in the land packages. We provide accommodation, transportation within Saudi, and Ziyarat facilities as per the package.
- 10. How will I receive confirmation of my booking?
- Once you complete the advance payment and submit your documents, you will receive a booking confirmation receipt and itinerary via email or WhatsApp.
- Q1: Is any part of the booking amount non-refundable?
- A: Yes. ₹40,000 per person is non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Q2: What happens if I cancel 21 to 30 days before departure?
- A: If you cancel between 21 to 30 days before departure, 50% of the total package amount is non-refundable.
- Q3: What if I cancel within 21 days of departure?
- A: If the cancellation is made within 21 days of departure, 100% of the package amount is non-refundable.
- Q4: Can I change my travel dates?
- A: Yes, but only if the change request is made 21 to 30 days before departure. A date change fee of ₹10,000 per person applies, along with any applicable additional charges.
- Q5: Are date changes allowed within 20 days of departure?
- A: No. Date changes are not allowed within 20 days of departure. In such cases, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
- Q1: Is vaccination compulsory for Umrah travel?
- A: Yes. Influenza and meningitis vaccination is mandatory and must be taken at least 10 days prior to travel.
- Q2: What original documents should I carry while traveling?
- A: Pilgrims must carry the following original documents along with photocopies:
- Passport
- Valid Saudi Visa (Umrah/Multiple)
- Both original vaccination certificates (taken 10 days prior to departure)
- Q3: What if I book a package without an Umrah visa through Tayyaba Tourism?
- A: In such cases, transportation will be subject to availability.
- Q4: Is extra luggage allowed beyond what is mentioned on the ticket?
- A: Extra luggage will be charged separately and must be paid by the pilgrim.
- Q5: Are unutilized services refundable?
- A: No. Unutilized services are strictly non-refundable.
- Q6: Can I choose my hotel room?
- A: No. Room allotment is managed by the hotel, and specific room choices cannot be entertained.
- Q7: Are flight tickets included in the package?
- A: Flight tickets can be arranged at an additional approximate cost of ₹36,500, subject to availability and current airfare at the time of issuance.
