- * Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).

- 70% of the Total payment to be made before 15 days of the departure.
- 100% payment 7 days of the departure.
- 100% payment on peak period bookings.
- Payment to be made at least 15 days before departure (on or before the time limit of Reconfirmation of Booking)
- 30 Days or more prior to Departure 10% of the Tour Cost
- 29 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure 25% of the Tour Cost
- 14 Days to 10 Days prior to Departure 50% of the Tour Cost
- 09 Days to 7 Days prior to Departure 100% of the Tour Cost
